- [ ] Required media is copied, collected, consolidated, or relinkable.
- [ ] Tracks, bins, clips, sequences, buses, and versions use the course naming convention.
- [ ] No unexplained offline media, unsupported dependency, or temporary export remains.

## Final deliverables

- [ ] Frame-accurate Pro Tools session and picture reference
- [ ] Completed cue sheet with approved and alternate status
- [ ] Dry aligned ADR and matched ADR stems
- [ ] All recorded takes with stable cue identifiers
- [ ] Sync, perspective, and technical QC report
- [ ] Archive manifest and five-minute walkthrough

## Quality control

- [ ] Export settings were checked against the written specification.
- [ ] Exported files were opened outside the authoring timeline.
- [ ] The programme was watched or heard from beginning to end.
- [ ] Start, end, duration, channel layout, synchronization, captions, and metadata were checked where applicable.
- [ ] Known limitations and accepted exceptions are documented.
