## QC and access

- [ ] Final output was opened outside the authoring environment.
- [ ] Start, end, duration, synchronization, intelligibility, and metadata were checked.
- [ ] Captions, transcript, readable graphics, or the appropriate access alternative were checked by a person.
- [ ] Known limitations and accepted exceptions are documented.
