Email

The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@infinitecreation.io. That address reaches the people who write and maintain this site, not a support queue, so give enough detail to act on: the page URL, the software and version you were using, and what you expected to happen.

What we can help with

Corrections. If a tutorial gives a wrong menu path, a superseded shortcut, or a spec that has since changed, tell us which page and what you found instead. Corrections are the most useful mail we get and they get priority.
Tool bugs. Every calculator and checker on this site runs entirely in your browser. If one returns a result you can't reproduce or refuses a file it should accept, include your browser and operating system.
Accessibility problems. The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA. If something fails with a screen reader, at high zoom, or under keyboard-only navigation, we treat that as a defect rather than a feature request.
Requests for coverage. Tell us what you were trying to do when you couldn't find an answer. Requests framed as a task are far more useful than requests framed as a topic.

What we can't help with

We can't provide one-to-one technical support for third-party software, recover damaged project files, or advise on a specific legal or contractual situation. Where a page touches on rates, releases or rights, it is general information written for creators, not legal advice, and it is no substitute for a professional who knows your jurisdiction and your contract.

Press, licensing and reuse

Use the same address for press enquiries, permission to reproduce material, or questions about embedding one of the tools. Several of the calculators have embeddable versions already. Ask and we will point you at the current snippet.

Elsewhere

Video versions of some tutorials are published on our YouTube channel, @InfinitelyCreating. We read the comments there, but email is the reliable channel. Platform comment threads are easy to lose track of, and we would rather not lose a correction in one.

Privacy

Mail sent to us is used only to answer the message and, where it reports a defect, to fix it. We don't add correspondents to a mailing list. Our full privacy policy covers what the site itself collects.
