These terms govern your use of infinitecreation.io. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive, and they are short because the site asks very little of you: there is no account to create and nothing to buy.

What this site is

Infinite Creation publishes written tutorials, structured courses and browser-based tools for people producing audio, video and podcasts. Everything is free to read and use. We do not sell software, host user accounts, or process payments.

Using the tools

The calculators, checkers and generators on this site run in your browser. Files you open in them, including audio, video, images and captions, are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us. That is a deliberate design decision, and it means we never hold your material.

It also means we cannot recover anything for you. Close the tab and the working state is gone. Keep your own copies of anything you care about, and treat exported results as a draft to verify rather than a finished deliverable.

Accuracy and professional judgement

We work hard on accuracy, and we correct errors when they are reported. Even so, the material here is general guidance. Software changes, delivery specifications are revised, broadcasters and platforms vary, and the right answer for your project may differ from the common case a page describes.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or contractual advice. Pages touching on rates, release forms, rights or compliance are background reading for creators. They are not a substitute for a professional advising on your circumstances. Verify anything that will be delivered, broadcast or contractually relied upon against the specification you have actually been given.

Your content

You keep all rights in the material you process with our tools. We claim no licence over it, because we never receive it.

Our content

The written tutorials, courses, illustrations and tool source on this site are ours unless a page credits someone else. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back, use the tools in commercial work, and share pages freely.

Please don't republish pages wholesale, scrape the site to train models or populate another site, or present our material as your own. Where a page embeds third-party media or reproduces a historical image, the credit on that page governs its reuse and our permission does not extend to it.

Third-party links and advertising

Pages link to manufacturers, standards bodies, software vendors and other creators. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

The site carries advertising, which is what keeps it free. Ads are supplied by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertiser. The interactive tools stay free of advertising within the tool interface itself. Where a page contains an affiliate link, that page says so.

Availability

The site is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, move or retire pages and tools. We aim to keep URLs stable and redirect them when they move, but we cannot guarantee any page will exist indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Infinite Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost work, missed deliveries, rejected masters or lost income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated systems to place unreasonable load on it. Ordinary reading, ordinary tool use, and well-behaved crawlers respecting robots.txt are all fine.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and substantive revisions are noted in the changelog. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
